I only accept PayPal at this time.

Payment can be made before or after the sketch. If payment is post-sketch, your image will be watermarked until full payment has been made.

Payment plans can be made for commissions of $100 or more.

Your commission will not advance from the sketch stage until full payment is complete.

No questions asked refund: You may request a full refund any time during the first 7 days after payment as long as you haven't received your initial sketch before making a refund request.

After the first 7 days or after receiving your sketch (whichever comes first) all sales are final.

If you do not receive a WIP update 45 days after payment or from your last WIP update, you may cancel your commission and request a partial refund. Refund amount is determined by how much progress has been completed.

If you do not receive a WIP update 90 days after payment or from your last WIP update, you may cancel your commission and request a FULL refund.

Doing a chargeback of funds on PayPal is considered a breach on contract. Please contact me directly regarding refunds!

You are allowed 3 major edits and 5 minor edits during the WIP stages.

Major edits must be made during the sketch process.

Major edit examples: changing pose drastically, changing perspective, outfit or major character design changes, etc.

Minor edits can be made throughout any stage of your commission.

Minor edit examples: subtle facial expression change, resizing part of the image (like an object or body part), slight changes in positioning, etc.

If you run out of edits, an additional fee will be applied if you request more: $5 for each major edit, $3 for each minor edit.

Mistakes on my end do not count as an "edit charge". Mistakes would include me missing a detail on your reference sheet or in additional details your provided me before I started your commission.

Once you have your completed commission, if you want any edits post-completion, you have 14 days after receiving your art to request changes. This is only if you have leftover edits or I made a mistake.

STRAY PIXEL EDITS: After your commission is completed, if there are stray pixels, minor lines, or small miscolors that you want removed or changed, PLEASE LET ME KNOW! I recommend bringing this up when your commission is deemed complete as I may catch some errors as I work through your piece. Please do this within the 14-day edit period. (This does not apply to sketch or colored sketch commissions.)

Commissioned works are for personal use only.

Commissioned works may NOT be used for NFTs or be printed for sale.

AI may not be used to edit or collect data from my art in any way. Doing so would be agreeing to obtaining exclusive rights and I will charge the client the appropriate fee per artwork generated through AI or any other machine learning technology.

Please feel free to post your completed commission on any social media platforms or art hosting websites, but please credit me whenever possible.

Feel free to crop or edit your images to use them as profile pictures, icons, banners, etc.

If you purchase a sketch commission from me, feel free to color it yourself if you'd like! Just remember to credit me for the work I've done.

As the artist, I am allowed to use the artwork you commission to promote my art on social media and art hosting site accounts. If you want your artwork to remain private, please let me know before your commission is complete!
